Returns
Kindly note that we do not accept any Retun & Refund after a good is sold. However, an exchange option is available if you find out that the product received is having a problem and this problem is confirmed by our side to be a defective product. If it is eligible for an exchange, we will email a shipping label (AWB) to you, kindly attach the label on the parcel and ship back the product to us within 3 calander days after we have confirmed your exchange option. You may email to this address info@cronusart.com.my together with the proof for application of your exchange option.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a note or receipt inside the parcel to show the Order ID of purchase.
The exchanging product will be shipped out within 7-14 calender days after we have received it.
Refunds
Kindly note that we do not accept any Retun & Refund after a good is sold.
Shipping
We will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of exchanging the product. A shipping label (AWB) will be sent to your email if your product is eligible for an exchange. Kindly attach the label on the parcel and ship back the product to us within 3 calander days after we have confirmed your exchange option.
